The location was fantastic, with convenient parking and friendly staff making it easier to navigate. the room felt a bit cramped, and the cleanliness left something to be desired, with a broken fireplace and some unsettling noises at night. Still, the comfort and warmth of the bed made up for it.

The hotel's position was great, to Sovereign Hill. It was also so close to a local pub, the Art Gallery, the Mining Exchange, in walking distance to great coffee shops and shops and railway station.

This place has a fantastic central location, making it easy to reach all the major attractions, main streets, and great bars and restaurants.

We found it everything the information provided and more. So comfortable, quiet at the evening and staff brilliant to speak with. Will be telling our friends about your accommodation as we were really pleased with every aspect of it.

Rooms were comfortable, bed comfortable. Good place to park a car as it is secure behind a locked gate.

Quality Inn offers a fantastic location, beautiful building, and spacious rooms that are well-decorated. the amenities are ample, ensuring a comfortable stay. the cleanliness is spot-on, and the overall experience is enjoyable.

This hotel has excellent staff, well-maintained facilities, convenient on-site parking, and spacious, quiet rooms, making it a place I certainly plan to revisit.

Location - everything else very poor

No sitting area and only one chair in very crowded room. Very poor staff. No satisfactory food facilities - had to go to nearby hotel [Craigs} to relax and read paper in morning/book in the evening. Grossly overpriced.Smalllish, dark room for 2 people. In no way would I recommend it to anyone.

We stayed there during our time in Ballarat to compete / watch the RSSS calisthenics competitions. The accomodation was fantastic. We have been coming to Ballarat each year since 1997, and most of the accomodation we have stayed in during past visits has been somewhat disappointing for one reason or another. This was not the case with the Heritage on Lydiard. I have only good things to say about our time there. Brilliant location (onsite parking a bonus), lovely modern room - extremely clean, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again during future visits to Ballarat.

I have nothing negative to say.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a smooth check-in process. Although the carpet had some stains and the beds were uncomfortable, the hotel's sun terrace offered a relaxing escape that helped offset any inconveniences. Being walking distance from St Patrick's Cathedral, Lake Burrumbeet, and other landmarks promoted quality family bonding time.

I liked its location and architecture. The room was quite nice

There was no shower door, causing water to spill over. The pool was a bit on the small side and had too much chlorine.
